Payment is due in advance of the program start date.
If your program requires advance readings/preparation,
payment must be received before course material can be sent to you. The cost of
non-returned resource materials and/or completed assessment tools is
non-refundable.
The program fee is payable and non-refundable 29 days
prior to the start of the seminar.

Fees include program material and a certificate of completion.
All programs include refreshment breaks and lunches. If
you have any food allergies/dietary requirements, please provide notification
with your registration. A substitute lunch will be provided.
Fees, dates, and facilitators are all subject to change at
any time.
Save 10% if you register 3 or more individuals from the same
company 6 weeks prior to a seminar.
Withdrawal/refund policy
A 100% refund of the tuition fee, less a $50
administration fee, will be issued if requested 30 days prior to the start of
the course.
Participants wishing to withdraw from a seminar must do
so, in writing, to our mailing address.
Cancellation & substitution policy
Participants may be substituted if notice is provided in
advance of the program start date.
Non-attendance will incur the full program fee.
UNB, Saint John College reserves the right to cancel or
re-schedule programs due to insufficient registrations. In such circumstances,
2 weeks’ notice will be provided to program participants.

Your certificate of completion
will be awarded at the end of the program.
Check-in procedure
Please arrive 15 - 20 minutes prior to the start of your
program. Proceed directly to the learning facility where you will be checked in
and directed to your classroom.
