Our department has been able to assist many persons with the information they require to arrange their workstation to prevent shoulder/backache/neck pain, carpal tunnel syndrome, wrist pain, numbness or lack of circulation in fingers. In most situations it is simply a matter of rearranging equipment and cost is minimal. However, if the services of an ergonomic professional is required, the fee is approximately $395.00 per hour which departments would be required to pay.
