Degree checklists

You can find informal forms below which can be used as a guide only and not a definitive answer to graduation status. Students should always meet with an advisor to confirm academic plans. The academic calendar is the official source of information regarding degree information and academic issues.    Students normally complete the degree program regulations that were in effect when they were admitted to the degree.   For various reasons, students may find that curriculum or schedule changes mean that some of the required courses cannot be taken.  (This can be common when a student is completing his/her studies part time.)   In such cases, an advisor can help to seek Dean's permission to adjust the student's degree requirements.  Permission can be sought to substitute an offered course for a required but not offered course, for instance.
