The Flora Beckett Math and Science Help Centre provides assistance to students taking first year Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, and Chemistry courses. It is important that you work on your assignments and identify your problems prior to visiting the Centre. Please note that tutors do not solve your assignments but will assist you with your difficulties.

Tutoring services are free of charge to all UNBSJ students.

Students who require extra help with their high school mathematics are encouraged to see the Centre's Coordinator between 9:30 a.m. - 11:15 a.m. and 12:45 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.  In addition to tutoring, the Centre offers review sessions in Algebra and Trigonometry. Final examination review sessions in Math are held at the request of course instructors.

There are no appointments required. Please drop at the Centre located in HWKC (Commons Building), Room 134.
