Room assignments

Returning students

Students in residenceEarly in the winter terms, returning students will be informed that they can apply for readmission for the following September.

Returning students have until the beginning of March to choose their rooms and roommate requests for fall/winter terms.

After March, they are on a first come first served basis with the new students who are applying.

A $300 residence deposit is required to be submitted with the reapplication form and is non-refundable.

Returning students are required to have a GPA of 2.0 to reapply.

New students

New students are assigned rooms on a first come first served basis.

Most years the residence rooms are filled before the end of June and students applying after that time are put on the waiting list.

Students should apply for residence at the same time they apply to study or very soon after.

When they are accepted to study they should send their $300 residence deposit.

International students are advised to obtain their study visa’s prior to sending their deposits as the residence deposit is non-refundable.
