Residences
One of the advantages to living in Residence is that all your amenities that you would normally have to pay separately (and keep track of) off campus are all taken care of in one payment.
Your residence fees include your room, local telephone, high speed internet, cable, heating, electricity and water. You also have the advantage of having dedicated study space, lounges with large TVs and residence life staff.
The residence rooms are completely furnished. Both are smoke-free and are connected to the rest of the campus through the tunnel and pedway systems.

Room Assignments

Residence Contracts
Under this tab, the residence contract is a binding agreement between you and University for living in Residence at UNB Saint John. Make sure to take the time to read it, and if you have any questions, don't hesitate to ask!

The mission of residence is to assist students with a living environment which complements the educational process of the UNB Saint John campus. The residence staff wants it to be the most rewarding experiences that students can have living on the campus and strives to support students both academically and socially.
This supportive atmosphere provides the opportunity for personal growth and creates a strong sense of community.
Residence offers a safe and clean place to live right on campus. Close to all university buildings residence makes it easy to get to classes and campus activities.
