Fall & winter fee schedule

A deposit of $300.00 will be required to hold a reservation.

This advance deposit, in the form of a certified cheque or money order, Visa, American Express, or Master Card will be requested only when an offer of a room is extended and a provisional reservation is made.  The residence deposit is non-refundable if a student cancels their room or fail to take up accommodations that reserved for them.

Students are required to sign and thus commit themselves to the residence agreement.

Except for compassionate reasons, students who have signed the eight month agreement and who withdraw from residence after September 6, 2012 will be held liable for room rental for the remainder of the agreement unless suitable arrangements can be made with the Manager, Residence & Conference Services to replace the student in the rented premises or the student is found to have compassionate grounds as determined by the Manager.

Residence fees are due and payable on September 6, 2012 and January 7, 2013 or before entering residence.

For students who prepay their tuition fees prior to September, Residence fees are also payable then. As with other university fees and charges, residence fees and adjustments will be applied against the student's account with the University Business Office
