Canada Games Stadium
The Jeux Canada Games Stadium features a 400-metre track and a grass field used for varsity and intramural soccer, and other sports like flag football and cricket. The stadium has been host to various local, regional, national and international events such as track & field, soccer, archery and police dog trials.
G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre
The G. Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre features a fitness room with aerobic and weight training equipment and a table tennis room. The gymnasium has an indoor track and a variety of courts that allow users to play everything from soccer and basketball to volleyball and tennis or badminton, all at the same time. The facility has been the host facility for many local, regional, national and international events in the past, such as cheerleading, basketball, fencing, and badminton.
There is also a fitness and nature trail located behind the Athletics Centre that extends through the university's wooded park area for walking or running.
