Classes are FREE for Students, Faculty, Staff and Membership holders.  Location:  Gym (right side court) unless otherwise noted.  Length of classes are 50 minutes.

Tabata Class:  a great class to increase strength and it helps to keep your metabolism up and running for several hours after you have finished working out - great for weight loss!  It will work your lower and upper body along with some cardio and some core work.  Great for men and women alike.  A real challenge!

*Morning Yoga:  Join us to experience yoga-breath work, gentle movement, and guided relaxation-to greet the morning and heighten a sense of well-being.  Learn how yoga can help you get more done, in less time, while sustaining effort and energy.  Yoga offers you an opportunity to enjoy increased vitality, flexibility, and released stress.  Be prepared to start work or your classes feeling refreshed, energized and focused. (8 week program) Must register and pay in the athletics office #101 (G.Forbes Elliot Athletics Centre) Location of Class:  Table Tennis Room
