Fitness classes - Starting back up in September 2013!
Classes are FREE for Students, Faculty, Staff and Membership holders. Location: Gym (right side court) unless otherwise noted. Length of classes are 50 minutes.
Tabata Class: a great class to increase strength and it helps to keep your metabolism up and running for several hours after you have finished working out - great for weight loss! It will work your lower and upper body along with some cardio and some core work. Great for men and women alike. A real challenge!
