Reserving a gown, hood and cap
Graduates must reserve Convocation regalia in advance by May 12, 2013. The fee for renting regalia is $50 (on-site only cash is accepted; online Visa, MasterCard and interact are accepted). This is the only fee associated with graduation. Faculty regalia may be reserved as well.
NOTE: The on-line reservation website will be available beginning Friday, March 15, 2013 and will close at 11:59 pm on Sunday, May 12, 2013. All graduates must reserve their regalia within this period.
Gowns, caps and hoods will be available for pick up on Friday, May 31 from 10 am – 12:00 pm, in K.C. Irving Hall, Room 106. Gowns and hoods must be returned to this room immediately following the convocation ceremony. The souvenir cap and tassel are yours to keep.
