  • Single room - $35.00
  • Double room - $48.00

Colin B. Mackay Residence Suites - two bedrooms, ensuite bath, kitchenette:

  • Single/Double occupancy - $75.00
  • Additional persons $5.00 to a maximum of 4 people per suite

All guestroom rates are subject to HST and a 2% Hotel Levy.

Meeting & event venues

Meeting Rooms, daily rental fees (HST is additional):
Classrooms, Meeting Rooms and Lecture Theatres are rented "as is". Furniture will not be added or removed.

  • Lecture Theatre - $150.00 - $400.00, depending on size and amenities
  • "Lite" Classroom - $75.00 - $100.00
  • Smart Classroom - $100.00 - $125.00
  • Baird Dining Hall - $300.00
  • Faculty Staff Club - $125.00
  • Grand Hall - $500.00
  • Col Tucker's Bar - $125.00
  • Whitebone Lounge - $125.00
  • Col Tucker's and Whitebone together - $200.00
  • Boardroom prices vary depending on size and amenities

Music Licensing fees

Socan

  • Background music - no dancing = $29.56 + HST
  • With dancing (DJ or live music) = $59.17 + HST

  • All catering costs - meals, snacks, coffee breaks - to be negotiated by Aramark Food Services
