Mary joined the Faculty of Business Administration in 2009.
Mary has received three degrees from the University of New Brunswick. The first, a BSc with a major in Biology, the second, a BEd with a major in secondary science and the third is a Masters degree in Adult Education.
Mary is currently employed within the Information Services and Systems department of the University of New Brunswick in the role of Instructional Technology Consultant. Her responsibility is to encourage, train, advise and assist faculty in the use of instructional technology on the Saint John campus.
Mary received a distinguished service award in 2005 in recognition of outstanding contributions to UNB.
Prior to joining UNB, Mary was living in England and employed by Orpington College. She was at first a college instructor and then the Unit Manager of their academic Computing and Information Technology department.
Mary was responsible for all programmes, instructors and students within this department.
On a more personal side, Mary enjoys her family time as well as camping and boating in the summer months and curling in the winter months. For five years, she has been a volunteer at the Thistle-St. Andrew’s Curling club, as a board member and as a bonspiel co-ordinator.
