Deb Armstrong

Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour instructor

Deb Armstrong of Armstrong Human Resource Specialists has been helping companies with their human resource challenges since 1979.

She's worked with a wide range of organizations - in Canada, the United States, Europe, and South East Asia.

Deb holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of New Brunswick in Saint John and a Masters of Industrial Relations from the University of Toronto with a specialization in Unions and Collective Bargaining. She is also a certified user of the Myers Briggs Personality Type Indicator and the Bar On Emotional Intelligence Test.

Deb is also a Director of the Human Resources Association of New Brunswick. Deb teaches in Human Resource Management and Organizational behavior in both the graduate and undergraduate business programs.
