Amelia began playing soccer at the age of 12 and quickly grew a passion for the sport. In grade 9 she played of her grade 9 team, the Heartland Huskies, who won the provincial AA banner before going back to the A division. She was the recipient of the Coach's Choice award in grade 11 and in grade 12 was the co-captain of her high school soccer team. Amelia also played for the Western Valley Soccer Club on a competitive team.
Her favourite part of soccer is keeping active and playing to make improvements in her game. She's most looking forward improving all aspects of her game and growing as a player.
