Mackenzie started playing soccer at the age of six and has been playing with Fundy Soccer ever since. He has played AAA since U12. Mackenzie has been on the NB provincial team since 2006 (U14) which has led to travel throughout Atlantic Canada (2007 - Newfoundland) nationals (2007 Regina) and the Umbro tournament in Mississauga (may 2010 and 2011). He was on the Canada Games training team and came very close to making the team.
During his time at Samuel-de-Champlain, his team won the AA provincials in 2010. He also enjoys playing indoor in the winter. Hs favourite part of the game is winning and he has a goal of getting to the nationals.
