Shekhar started playing soccer at the age fo 10. He was the MVP for his high school team two years in a row. He also played for Fundy soccer senior A.

Shekhar's favourite part of soccer is being able to have fun on the field and winning a game. It is looking forward to his first season as a Seawolf and wants to help lead the Seawolves to an ACAA title win.
