Corey started playing basketball at the age of 8.  He played in the Lancaster Minor Basketball Association where he participated in the house league and was a member of the provincial rep teams until the age of 16.  In high school, Corey played for the SJHS Greyhounds.

Corey enjoys being part of a tight-knit team and feels it's very important to have a strong bond when relying upon one another on the court. "You get to know each player a lot better because there are only 12 guys compared to other sports," he says.  

During this his first year with the Seawolves, Corey is looking forward to seeing the progress of the team over the course of the season.  "We are a really young squad, so I know we'll have plenty of time to work out all of the kinks".
