Registration
How to register
To register for a UNB Saint John Summer Sports Camp you need to download, complete and submit our registration form.
Once the form is completed, send it to us:
- By mail: Send completed registration form and payment to UNB Saint John Financial Services, PO Box 5050, Saint John, NB E2L 4L5
- By fax: Send completed registration form with credit card information to 506-648-5514 (a direct line to Financial Services).
- In person: Take completed registration form and payment to Financial Services, Monday through Friday between 9am and 4pm. Financial Services is located on the 1st floor of Oland Hall, which is the first building on your left as you enter the UNBSJ campus.
Note: No registrations will be accepted by phone or email. Please be sure to complete all sections of the registration form.
Accepted methods of payment
The UNB Saint John Business office accepts cash, debit, cheque, money order, Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Cheques and money orders should be payable to UNB Saint John ARW Department.
HST
As required by Revenue Canada, HST is applicable for any campers who are 15 years of age or older at the time of the camp. This amount is payable at the time of registration.
Refund policy
The Seawolves Summer Sport Camps refund policy includes a $45 non-refundable administration charge for canceling a registration prior to the start of a camp. The $45 fee may be waived if appropriate medical documentation is provided upon cancellation. Refunds are not available after the camp’s start date.
