Stream Restoration Hydraulics, by Dr. Bob Newbury, CRI Emeritus Fellow, is a collection of successful project designs illustrating the application of simple open channel hydraulic solutions that restore fish habitats and natural characteristics to channelized and altered streams and rivers.
Selected aspects of fluvial geomorphology, stream habitats and open channel hydraulics provide the background for designing pools, riffles, meanders, channel alignments and fish passage works.
