Manage Files

You are allocated 1 GB of personal network storage space, as UNB Students. While you are on or off campus there are easy and supported ways to access this space.

Accessing your files in a computer lab

  • Log in to the lab computer using your UNB Login ID and Password
  • You will be able to directly access your personal storage space on the H: drive

Connect to files through a web browser:

Access your files through a Secure File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) client:

  • Download and install your supported SFTP client Windows | Mac
  • Use the following information to connect to your personal network storage
    • Host Name – studentfiles.unb.ca
    • Username – UNB Login ID
    • Password – UNB Password
