Setup Printing (myPrint)

To print to a UNB printer from your device:

  1. Go to your myUNB Portal
  2. Select myPrint from the Quick Launch menu

To print a file

1.    From the myPrint home screen, click ‘Browse…’ then select the file you would like to print.
2.    Once the file is selected, click ‘Next’.
3.    A drop down menu will appear with a list of UNB printers. Select the printer you would like to print to and click ‘Print’.

To print a webpage

1.    In myPrint, select the Web Print tab.
2.    Enter the URL of the webpage you’d like to print then click 'Next'.
3.    A drop down menu will appear with a list of UNB printers. Select the printer you would like to print to and click ‘Print’.

To install a printer on your computer

If you frequently print to the same printer on campus, you may wish to install the myPrint driver to print directly from files or applications on your computer.

  1. In myPrint, select the Driver Print tab.
  2. Click the operating system you are using.
  3. Select the ‘Advanced’ option and click 'Continue'.
  4. Select the printer you would like to print to then follow the instructions provided.

Don’t see the printer you’re looking for?

If you would like to print to a UNB printer that does not appear on the printer list in myPrint, please submit a request to the ITS Help Desk to have it added.
