Multifunction Devices

The administration of UNB's entire convenience photocopier fleet is overseen by ITS Imaging & Print Services. The present supplier is Ikon Office Solutions and the manufacturer is Ricoh. The supplier is chosen through the public tendering system via ISI, Interuniversity Services Inc., which negotiates on behalf of seventeen universities and colleges in Atlantic Canada. The current contract expires in October 2010 in which time a new supplier will be chosen or the current contract extended.

Rental Copiers

ITS Imaging & Print Services maintains a fleet of convenience laser multifunction copiers that copy, print, fax and scan-to-email. Strategically located throughout the University, these copiers are available for renting on a per copy basis. The per copy price includes; service and toner.
