The administration of UNB's entire convenience photocopier fleet is overseen by ITS Imaging & Print Services. The present supplier is Ricoh. The supplier is chosen through the public tendering system via ISI, Interuniversity Services Inc., which negotiates on behalf of seventeen universities and colleges in Atlantic Canada. The current contract expires in September 2015 in which time a new supplier will be chosen or the current contract extended.

Copiers for Lease

ITS Imaging & Print Services maintains a fleet of convenience laser multifunction copiers that copy, print, scan-to-email and other optional features such as fax. Strategically located throughout the University, these copiers are available for leasing for a quarterly lease charge and per copy charge. The per copy price includes service and toner.
