Original Details:

We are currently having an issue accessing some URL Shortener services such as bitly.com, bit.ly, buffer.com, and buff.ly. When clicking on these links or accessing the websites, clients will receive a website time out error.

ITS is working with our firewall vendor to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
