How to view the videos
You will need Adobe Flash Player to view the instructional videos, which can be downloaded here: http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/
Follow the instructions on the Adobe website to install the player. Once the installation is complete, you are set to go!
How it works
The eServices video-based instruction consists of a number of tutorials. You may easily navigate to any topic of your choice by clicking on a Table of Contents entry, viewing the video at your own pace, one to many times over, and then closing the video. You may wish to follow these steps:
- To view a tutorial simply click the topic link from the table of contents. Upon doing so a pop-up window will appear with the video player ready to play. Click the arrow to start.
2. You may replay, rewind and stop any video using the video controls.
3. Once you are finished viewing the video, close the window and move on to your next topic.
How to download the video instruction to your iPod
You also have the option of downloading the .m4v files to your iPod.
- Click on the iPod video link located in the Table of Contents
- Open iTunes to ensure your iPod is recognized in the folder listings (on the left)
- Locate the downloaded .m4v video file on your computer and either double click or drag and drop that file into your iPod videos folder in your iTunes.
- Once the synching has completed, you will be able to view the video on you iPod.
