Virtual Private Network (VPN)
The Virtual Private Network (VPN) is an application that allows UNB faculty, staff and grad students to access campus based resources from off-campus through a secure, encrypted connection via the Internet. The VPN service encrypts the data between your computer and the VPN server (located on the UNB network) protecting the integrity of UNB data and personal information. UNB's VPN secures all communication, even those connected through public wireless hotspots which maybe unsecure.
