Cell Phones/Other Wireless Products

UNB has contracted with Bell Mobility for all Wireless device or Cell phone activations. To order a new phone or upgrade an existing phone simply complete a Cellular Order Form and Authorization for E-Billing to UNB and present it to the Bell Mobility dealer for activation. Please remember to Fax or send a copy of the Order form to the Telecom office once the order has been processed and a Cell phone number assigned (as per instructions on the form).

All new Cell phone activation will take advantage of the UNB Wireless Business Flex Plan. Features of UNB’s plan include the monthly recurring charge, Canadian roaming, low North American (USA & Canada) long distance rates and extended warranty on the hardware. Each plan is bundled with voicemail, 250 text messages, a number of calling features and includes system access fees and activation. Other options such as unlimited text messaging, mobile browsing and 10-4 calling are also available at the rates specified. A wireless data service package must be selected when activating a new smartphone at the rates specified.

UNB does not restrict the phone you select, but Bell Mobility does not make every consumer model available to their UNB Wireless Business Flex Plan. In addition, new phones may not be available to business customers for one month after they are announced to the general public. Visit a Bell Mobility authorized dealer to choose a mobile phone that will meet your specific requirements.
