Purchasing a New Phone

To purchase a new phone or accessories, complete the Get IT Help form and choose ‘Voice/Phone’ as the ‘Reason’ when prompted.

Note: VoIP phones use different technology to relay voice through a network data drop, not a traditional telephone drop. In most situations a new drop is not required as the phone will plug into the network using an existing network drop and your computer will plug into the phone. If you do require a new network data drop, complete the Get IT Help form and choose ‘Internet/Wireless/Network’ as the ‘Reason’ when prompted. If you are unsure, please contact your Level 1 or the IT Service Desk.
