Telephone Services at UNB
UNB supports all telephone services on the campus which include regular landlines, telephone and wireless services provided by the local carriers namely Aliant Telecom and Bell Mobility. As a single point of contact the ITS Telecom Office will process all requests regarding repairs, additions, changes and cancellations of service, including account changes, billing issues and general enquiries.
All enquiries should be submitted using the Telephone Request Form web form provided. There are also options to purchase Cell phones or other wireless devices, and even check your phone bills online. All new Wireless device or Cell phone activations must be ordered and provisioned through a Bell Mobility authorized dealer. Simply complete a Cellular Order Form and Authorization for E-Billing to UNB and present it to the Bell Mobility distributor in order to activate a new Cell phone plan.
