Setup Printing

To install a printer, please follow the instructions below:

 Step One:  Go to Start > Devices & Printers.

Step Two:  Click Add Printer > Next.

Step Three:  Select ‘Add a Network, Wireless, or Bluetooth Printer’.  Click Next.

Step Four:  Some printers are automatically generated.  If the printer you want is listed click on it and select 'Next'.  The driver will be automatically installed and you will get a successful screen upon completion.  If the printer is not listed, select ‘The printer that I want isn't listed'.  Proceed to Step 6.

Step Five:  Select 'Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature'. Click 'Next'.

Step Six:  If you know the name of the printer you can type it in the 'Name' field (i.e. FR-ITS).  Click 'Find Now'.  You can also select it from the search results.  Click 'Ok'.  It will then connect you to the printer.  You may see a message 'Do you trust this printer', click 'Install Driver'.

Step Seven:  You have the option of making this printer your default.  Select yes or no.  Click Next.

Step Eight:  Your done!  Click Finish.
