Setup Printing

To install a printer, please follow the instructions below:

 Step One:  Go to Start > Printers & Faxes.

Step Two:  Click Add Printer > Next.

Step Three:  Select ‘A Network printer, or a printer attached to another computer’.  Click Next.

Step Four:  Select ‘Find a printer in the directory’.  Click Next.

Step Five:  Fill in the printer name in the name field.  Note:  It is NOT case-sensitive.  Click Find Now.  It will list the printer in the bottom of the window.  Select the printer and click OK.

Step Six:  You have the option of making this printer your default.  Select yes or no.  Click Next.

Step Seven:  Your done!  Click Finish.
