Departmental Copiers

UNB's current supplier for departmental photocopiers is Konica Minolta. This is a 60-month (5 year) lease agreement that expires on November 1, 2020.

Requesting Service for your Copier

All photocopier service requests should be submitted to Konica Minolta at myops@bt.konicaminolta.ca or 1-888-44MYOPS (446-9677). Please have the following information ready prior to submitting your request:

  • The photocopier OPS ID number (on a sticker at the front of the machine)
  • The Error Code/Message displayed on the screen
  • Your contact information

Konica service response times: Average four (4) hour service response during normal business hours to resolve technical issues, with a one (1) hour call back by the technician.

Please contact the IT Service Desk with any UNB-specific photocopier inquiries, such as:

  • Purchasing a new copier for your department
  • Upgrading your existing copier
  • Billing inquiries
  • Training sessions for your faculty/department
