FootPrints Upgrade Project

FootPrints is the UNB enterprise issue tracking and management system used by many departments at the university including ITS, the UNB Fredericton and Saint John Registrar’s offices, Facilities Management, and more.

The FootPrints Upgrade Project will see the implementation of the latest supported version of FootPrints (version 11.5) as a replacement for UNB’s current FootPrints Software, FootPrints 7. The new version will have the same level of functionality as the existing version, but with a more up-to-date interface and more user-friendly features.

Why are we doing this?

The version of FootPrints currently being used at UNB is both outdated and unsupported. This upgrade is critical for the continued use and support of this enterprise-wide tool.

When will the new FootPrints be available?

FootPrints 11.5 will be officially launched at the end of April, 2013 and, at the same time, FootPrints 7 will be decommissioned.
