Organization
ITS is organized into three main units:
Client Services - delivers frontline services to students, staff, faculty, and guests. Ranging from desktop support, to computer and software purchasing, to public computer labs, to printing services, and much more, Client Services provides the professional, personal resources and services our users need to function successfully in our sophisticated technology environment.
Enterprise Solutions – designs, implements, and maintains the array of applications and infrastructure that enable the university to operate efficiently, 24/7. Known far and wide for exacting standards and high expectations, Enterprise Solutions’ teams of experts keep UNB’s websites, learning systems, and administrative technologies at peak performance.
Communications and Network Services - keeps the university connected, both within and without, by installing, configuring, and managing phone services, wired and wireless networks, network equipment, the UNB data centre, and operates the core systems that enable province- and nation-wide research collaboration and connectivity.
