About ITS | Saint John Campus

The Information Services and Systems unit is committed to building better in-person client service for both students and employees of UNB Saint John. To ensure that all of our users and clients receive expert technology and information support.

  • The Student Technology Centre is available to assist students with all of their technology needs, including software support, printing, and network troubleshooting, wireless access, computing labs, and basic hardware setup and maintenance. The Student Technology Centre operates in WCL 22, on the tunnel level of the library from Monday to Friday (Summer) 7:45am to 4:00pm, (Winter) 8:15am to 4:30pm.
  • Professional Client Services assists faculty, staff, and graduate students directly with their technology needs. This group focuses exclusively on responding to professional client needs including desktop support, software and hardware installation and troubleshooting, consultation on technology needs in the classroom, and the office, plus network and wireless connectivity help. Clients can drop by for service at the ITS offices on the third floor of Hazen Hall, Room 336, from Monday to Friday (Summer) 7:45am to 4:00pm, (Winter) 8:15am to 4:30pm.

Information Technology Services is a small, dynamic academic support department that has a large impact on the operation and maintenance of the campus. We are strengthened by our fellow members of Information Services and Systems, included are the staff of the Ward Chipman Library and Instructional Technology.
