Guidance counsellors

GuidanceHazen Hall counsellors often play a critical role in a student’s decision to attend a Canadian university.

In order to help students make informed decisions about the many schools and programs that are available today, guidance counsellors need to stay up to date on a wide variety of resources to pass on to students and families alike.

Information & materials

UNB wants to help counsellors stay informed. Our recruitment team collaborates with high school guidance departments around the globe to provide up-to-date, accurate information on:

  • The 60+ academic programs and options available at UNB;
  • English Language Training opportunities on both campuses;
  • Admission requirements and deadlines;
  • The status of your student’s application for admission;
  • General information regarding Study Visas and a student’s ability to work while studying in Canada.

We are also happy to mail Viewbooks, posters, and other materials that have proven helpful to guidance counsellors.

To request a package and/or more country-specific information, please contact the recruiter for your designated geographic region.

Country visits

Every year, our recruiters visit schools and education fairs around the world. Check out our travel schedule to see when we’ll be in a city near you! We would love to set up an independent visit anytime we’re in the area.

If your country is not on our current travel schedule, please contact the recruiter for your designated geographic region to set up a possible visit!
