Research and Skills Exchange
1, 2, and 4-week interchanges will be arranged amongst government, ENGO and industry partners to allow for interaction of the WATER trainees with academic and non-academic sectors. All CREATE WATER co-applicants and collaborators will be involved in the WATER interchange program and will host WATER graduate students and PDFs for their 2 or 4 week exchange visits.
Students will be exposed to opportunities at an annual job forum where WATER collaborators will speak to participants about what their jobs and roles in the environmental field entail and give students some insight that may direct their choice of environmental career.
