UNB Martin Wielemaker recording a flipped class lectureaspires to provide leadership that emphasizes innovation and forward thinking, grasping an emerging rather than a historical (and currently dominant) model to embrace the disruptions that are inevitable in higher education.

A Steering Committee on Disruptive Technology was established in 2013, comprised of faculty and staff from both UNB campuses, and involving nearly 50 people in working groups and task groups related to the intiative.
