The Big Finish
UNB's 225th anniversary culminated with a flurry of major events:
- the 2011 spring graduation ceremonies and the introduction of a new tradition, the UNB coin;
- UNB co-hosting the largest academic gathering in Canada, the 80th Congress of the Humanities and Social Science;
- and the official opening of two showpiece buildings: the Hans W. Klohn Commons in Saint John and The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER in Fredericton.
