Collective Bargaining at UNB
The University of New Brunswick has collective bargaining relationships with four different unions, amounting to six separate collective agreements.
Negotiations are a routine part of the life cycle of collective agreements. Almost all universities across Canada have collective agreements with their faculty and/or staff and, at any given time, at least one is engaged in a collective bargaining process.
