Tuition Waiver Deadlines
To facilitate timely and accurate processing of the employee/spouse/dependent tuition benefit, completed tuition benefit forms must be received in the Human Resources department by a specified date in each semester.
All Tuition Waivers are due by the first day of classes for each term.
2013 Fall Term: September 5, 2013
2014 Winter Session: January 6, 2014
2014 Summer Term A & B: May 1, 2014
2014 Summer Term C: May 28, 2014
2014 Summer Term D & E: July 2, 2014
2014 Summer Term F: July 22, 2014
Note: For any summer terms without alpha-coding, tuition waivers are due by the first day of classes.
It is each employee's responsibility to ensure the form is properly completed and submitted on time. Forms received after the deadline date will NOT be processed resulting in the student being responsible for payment of the full cost of tuition.
