Notes:
Placement within the student rate schedule should take into account:
1. the relevant education possessed by the student in relation to the position filled.
2. the related experience possessed by the student in relation to the position filled.
3. the responsibilities assigned to the student.
The Department of Human Resources & Organizational Development is available to assist departments in this regard.
