This first year course helps students acquire the RC well being learning outcome. It complements the Integrative Forum, community life, and contributes to each student’s leadership ability.

| Introduces the learner to theories and practices of developing a person's well-being. Readings, discussions and experiential learning activities focus on the physical, emotional, intellectual, social, and spiritual aspects of wellness. | |
Masters Degree or at least equivalent experience.
In addition to competence in well being the candidate should be committed to student learning, use active approaches to educating students. The successful candidate will have demonstrated teaching ability and a strong interest in working with RC's teaching model. They need to work with other instructors to make sure the course complements concurrent courses.
