Undergraduate First Nations Teacher Education Program (FNTEP) course.



Course Description

Addresses the history, rationales, developmental theories, curriculum planning, and basic art-making skills essential for teaching art at the elementary, middle, and high school levels. Visual understanding and how it can be increased through school art programs is a key consideration.
 



Qualifications

Graduate degree in Education and preferred university level teaching experience. Experience teaching course content is required. Experience working with First Nations students is preferred.
