Platform Party (including Deans)

Platform Party gown room
The Platform Party will gown at The Richard J. CURRIE CENTER in the Elizabeth A. Currie Boardroom, fifth floor, rain or shine.  The gown room will open one hour before the start of each ceremony.  Platform Party members should arrive no later than 45 minutes before the ceremony start time.

Academic regalia
All members of the Platform Party, including faculty Deans, will receive a form in their Encaenia invitation package from the President’s Office.  Please indicate on the form which ceremony(ies) you plan to attend and whether or not you require academic attire.  It is important that the form be returned, in the envelope provided, before the deadline date. 

If you have requested academic attire, it will be available in the Platform Party Gown Room — the Elizabeth A. Currie Boardroom on the fifth floor of the Currie Center — one hour before the start of each ceremony.  

Following the ceremony, please return borrowed academic attire to the Platform Party Gown Room.  Those attending more than one ceremony may keep their academic attire until the end of their last ceremony.

Academic procession
The Platform Party will line up adjacent to the gown room for the Academic Procession into the Performance Hall on the fourth floor of the Currie Center.
