Platform Party (including Deans)
Academic regalia
All members of the Platform Party, including faculty Deans, will receive a form in their Convocation invitation package from the President’s Office. Please indicate on the form if you plan to attend and whether or not you require academic attire. It is important that the form be returned, in the envelope provided, before the deadline.
If you have requested academic attire, it will be available in the Platform Gowning Room — the Elizabeth A. Currie Board Room on the 5th floor of the Currie Center — at 3:30 p.m.
Following the ceremony, please return borrowed academic attire to the Platform Gown Room.
Academic procession
The Platform Party will line up adjacent to the gown room for the Academic Procession into the Performance Hall at approximately 4:10 p.m.
