Information for faculty and staff

Faculty and staff are invited to participate in the 59th Convocation on Oct. 24 as members of the academic procession. 

If you wish to participate, RSVP by Oct. 15 to Tina Madore.  Space is limited and seats must be reserved in advance. 

Academic attire

Those faculty and staff members who require academic attire must reserve online before Oct. 14, 2013. 

Reserved academic attire will be available for pick up at the Richard J. CURRIE CENTER in the Alberta Alumni Recreation Centre, ground floor, on Thursday, Oct. 24, beginning at 2 p.m.  Please return to the same location before 8 p.m. on Thursday, Oct. 24.

Honour Guard

Faculty and staff will form an Honour Guard at The Currie Center under the direction of the Faculty Marshal, Kathy Waugh, 30 minutes before the start of each ceremony.
