All semi-private classes have a maximum of five participants; we keep our classes small to give you individualized attention. 

Reformer

Streamlined and flowing, this workout tones the body from the inside out! Each class incorporates core control and upper and lower body exercises for a true full-body workout.

The reformer is a specialized Pilates machine that uses a unique system of adjustable springs to add resistance to workouts. Hundreds of exercises can be done on the reformer; class participants will experience a varied repertoire in each class!

Reformer Advanced

Put it all together with this intense repertoire; sweat, stretch and feel the intensity this integrated "core" program offers.

Note: This program is intended for those with two years of experience of the mat repertoire and a year on the Reformer or Mat/Reformer. Consideration will be given to the elite athlete.

Mat/Reformer

Looking to combine the core-muscle burn of a Pilates mat class and the strength building results from resistance training? Then this class is for you!

Classes take place on a reformer, but take creative cues from both Pilates mat and Reformer exercises.

Mat/Reformer Advanced

Are you ready to pump it up a notch? Mat/Reformer Advanced fuses classical mat exercises with integrative reformer repertoire. This class will challenge you and leave you feeling strong and toned.

Silver Mat/Reformer

Garda has skillfully dissected the classical mat work of Joe Pilates and repertoire of the reformer to bring you, the mature adult, a safe and effective Pilates class.

With a maximum of 5 people in each class, communication and attention to detail are guaranteed.
