For members and non-members

URec’s fee-based programs are designed to develop personal fitness and skills in a progressive group instruction format. URec offers a variety of programs that cover a wide range of disciplines and populations.

Note: registration for Session l classes is now closed; however, there may be space for drop-in classes. Please contact URec’s program coordinator, Alina Cress at acress@unb.ca to check availablity.

Fee-based programs are instructed by fitness professionals. Our instructors are truly experts in their craft!

Choose your program

Fee-based programs are separated into three categories:

  • General population: Suitable for beginner to advanced participants.
  • Semi-private: Small group numbers for lots of individual attention.
  • Silver Series: Designed for older adults seeking to improve and maintain a healthy, active lifestyle, while also addressing special conditions.

Fee-based programs are open to URec members as well as non-members. Members receive a discounted price.

Drop-in classes

URec now offers drop-in rates for all Yoga and Pilates classes.

Fees

  • General population/ Silver Series class:
    • Members: $11.50
    • Non-members: $14
  • Semi-private mat/reformer: $19
  • Semi-private reformer: $25

Note: prices displayed above do not include HST. 

Send your drop-in request to URec’s program coordinator, Alina Cress, to ensure that space is available. We hope to see you on the mat!
