Appointments and cancellations

To book an appointment call or stop by the Centre if you are NOT displaying COVID or Influenza symptoms.

Note: If the campus is closed for any reason, the Student Health Centre will also be closed.

To cancel an appointment

Cancellations are by email only

To avoid missed appointment fees, email the Student Health Centre to cancel appointments:

Fredericton campus: shc@unb.ca by 8 a.m. for all appointments.
Saint John campus: For appointments with the physician, email behealthy@unb.ca 24hrs prior to cancel appointments.
For appointments with the nurse practitioner, email behealthy@unb.ca by 8 a.m. to cancel morning appointments and by noon to cancel afternoon appointments.

Our cancellation policy applies to all appointments (phone, video or in-person).
