We live in a body-obsessed world, full of photo-shopped magazine covers, fad diets, and unattainable beauty ideals.  This session will explore the concept of mindful eating, ways to promote a healthy body image, and the value in embracing the 80/20 rule for healthy eating.

WELLNESS JEOPARDY

If you don't have time to be sick, get ready to play Wellness Jeopardy!  Practicing healthy coping skills, safer sex, eating well, and getting enough sleep are a few of the positive things we can all do to avoid putting our wellness...in jeopardy!
